新西兰怀卡托理工学院 2019 年奖学金政策如下：

入读2019 年 7 月开课的18 周 NZCEL 课程的学生，可以减免 4 周的 NZCEL 学费。

这个优惠政策只针对新生，在读学生不享受此优惠。

Wintec will continue to offer scholarship to new stuents who will enrol in NZCEL programme (New Zealan Certificate in English Language) in Semester two (July intake) 2019. Please note that the new stuents are not returning stuents for new programmes. Please refer to the following initiative:

ØFour weeks free English stuy for all new Chinese NZCEL enrolments - for a minimum of one semester(18 weeks)
